Joe said you were a good guy, and I do appreciate your input. Your candor is also appreciated.
I do want my setup to last. I was researching Fluidamper and ATI, but they are not available for the D series. I have 2 other pulleys and one of them is from a Z6 I believe. I might just try that.
Im going to go snap some pics of the head I just bought. It had already been ported.

Lol thanks. I really like your build and would also like it to last and put down some good numbers. Before when I was thinking of building a D I aslo look and found no one that sold it, I tried emailing fluidamper and they said they where not planing on making one. :P BTW Joe is a cool guy, I am giving him a spare z6 head to him to see if it will help him hit the 10's .

Ceramic coating looks really nice Joe...I should give you the H22 turbo mani and have it coated

That pulley, if its going on the Alternator...probably wont do anything...but if it isnt balanced, it will screw up the bearings in the alt.

That's a crank pulley.

but he said he was going to use it on the alternator. In that case, theres no way it would screw up your engine, just possibly your alternator like xeno said

No, he said the only thing it's doing is driving the alternator. It's definitely a crank pulley. I would make fun of Xeno, but hey it's 4/20 he's most likely

Joe when I spoke to you I want under the impression that it was a OEM d15 crank pulley.
Had no idea it was an aftermarket piece.

IMO, I'd ditch it.

He is not far from me at all, I gotta go back to get the Z6 pulley done anyway. LMK when I go and get tuned I can pu the mani and get it done for you.

And the crank pulley was given to me, I thought it was OEM. Oh well, I have another one that looks like a D16 pulley. Ill take some pics and you guys LMK.

Here are the pics of the head I bought.
