The flange for the turbo had to be rotated.
And the wastegate needed a flange and an elbow.
Then we started on the downpipe.
Today we are going to work on the intercooler outlets, and if time permits, mock up the charge pipes.

Ok, so, after driving around for about a mile or two, the car turns off. Immediatly we look at the timing belt. The cam gear looks like this.
So, I pull the stock cam out and it looks as if it seized on the head.
The wierd thing is that there was oil in the head. I dont know how much psi b/c the gauge was not hooked up.
The bottom end looks ok. Im gonna inspect it more tomorrow.
I reason that this is a good reason for me to upgrade to a built head.
This really sucks, I was planning on getting tuned next week. Oh well.
