Clean your plugs with a torch if youve got one. Try again.

You did get a basemap for your 550's right ?
Oh, good. Ill try the torch, and yes it should be tuned for the 550's, but I gotta confirm with Chris.

check your timing. make sure your tensioner didnt slip lose, or your belt didnt jump a tooth. (or just installed it off)

it sounds like your timing to me.

It was in fact the timing I was off a couple teeth. I hope I didnt bend any valves.
Anyway, the car is still getting too much fuel. Chris is gonna send me a new chip, and in the meantime Im gonna swap the old ECU and injectors to see if it runs.

No start. I put the OEM ECU with the stock injectors and the same thing happens, it cranks, but dosent start. It will ignite and sound pop pop pop and thats it.
I checked every wire on the dizzy conversion harness and they were correct.
I would like to put the DSM 450's and the TurboEdit chipped ECU, but I sold the injectors already. I also sold the old dizzy, so I cant use that to check. (Hindsight is 20/20)
The dizzy Im using now is new but it could possibly be the problem. I checked the coil ohms and it was not within specs according the specs in the Helm manual.
Im gonna see if I could borrow a working dizzy to confirm if it is in fact the dizzy. I wanna get tuned already.

Same problem with a working dizzy. Im gonna tow it to Xeno, maybe it is the ECU.

Firing order, definetely sounds like it. Injectors and spark plug wires all In the correct order? You probably know this, having rebuilt the whole motors, but which cylinder is #1?

Cylinder #1 is the one closest to the timing belt and furthest from the transmission.

We actually used the factory crossmember but notched it to allow fittment of the 1/2 rad. I still have it but then wheel hop was the issue we needed to address.
