Yeah, those things suck ***. I had good luck with electrical tape and a cut-off disk with my dremel. Everything else I tried, it would fray.

You gotta pull the electrical tape as tight as ------- possible. Get it so it is almost breaking, and pull it around 2, maybe 3 times at the most. I got good enough at it that I could cut with tin-snips and not fray the cable.

Also, I just left the electrical tape on and put the fitting on over it, worked best for me, and now I can do one in about 2 minutes.

thats crazy. The electrical tape was too thick for me, the straight fitting wouldnt slide on. When it did, it must have been too tight already, becasue when i tightened it.. that ---- broke. and im very aware that they only get torqued to -5 ft/lbs. ---- those things, premade is the way to go

It isn't hard to do at all. It took me maybe 4-5 tries to get the first one on, then maybe 2 to get the second one on, then the third and forth were really easy, and came out better looking than all the others.

I ran the heater hose on my Celica, worked just fine.

ya i dont know i have hurd both so we will see

i all so order 5 2.25 silicone conecter for 30 shipped and 4 3 ich one for 10 some thing

well here is the deal my dad work at Independent Community Bankers of America and is co president and his boss is at the Olympics all payed for by visa so they said to my dad u and your son wont to go to the Daytona 500 and pits and box seats and the driving experience me dad said hell ya so that what I'm doing this weekend
