Re: 92 mustang twin turbos
Damn...I really can't believe you bought that clutch. On the ebay description it doesnt even give you specs on what it can handle! I did some research on a clutch like that for my b18 and it said it was rated for 350lbs tq and with the friction coefficient plugged into a formula I found through a tech guy on team-integra, it ended up being at max being able to hold 215lbs tq. Maybe it will work fine. IMO sell it for what you bought it for and get one from LSD. You really don't want to have to put a clutch in twice.

a clutch is NOT a thing to be a cheap *** about. you really should have bought a real clutch man. that thing isnt even gonna last through the break in. yer gonna smoke it in 1 week, i promise. you need a REAL clutch, that thing is an oem replacement

the big deal about clutches holding up in turbo applications is the holding capacity of the pressure plate.
basically it needs to be tough enough to hold onto the extra torque. you could use a stock disk really, it wouldnt matter, just get your hands on a nice stiff pressure plate.
