your truck gets shitty mileage cause it has huge tires, weights 3 tons, is 4 wheel drive, has gearing made for towing... etc...
put the engine out of your truck in my mustang, and it would get great mileage

last time i got 24.6mpg city/highway combined. with a lot of racing mixed in.
