Are you seriously high or something tonight? You car get better gas mileage than mine becuase you have an auto and better gears. You not going to be proving me wrong on anything. And yeah I'm watching that thread:

yes you are right, my more powerful engine, my aod, and my gearing gets better mileage. and guess what its probably 2 seconds faster than your car in the 1/4 while getting all the better mileage

bigger engines with more torque can have the taller gears

smaller engines with less torque and more revs need shorter gears

Well I would hope a turbo Mustang would beat a realitively stock one. But I'm happy sacrificing my gas mileage for having a 5-speed. I didn't buy my car becuase of its fuel efficiency.
