as for gas millage the only reason it gets the millage it gets is because it's geared so ------- high i mean 150mph in 6th and your only spinning like 2200rpm
yeah it has a 205mph top speed (in 5th) throw it in 6th and your top speed is about 140 because it don't have the power for such a high gear


and like i said the z06 is fast but the quality ------- sux same as with all slowmestics allong with reliabality
do you own one

have you driven one

do you know anyone who drives/owns one

if your answers are no to the above questions, kindly shut the ---- up and move along to something you actually have first hand knowlege about.

I saw one dyno today... 132 whp, 150 wtq. It was the 2.4 Z24, though, which is better than the 2.2...
people actually pay money to dyno those? was it a baseline? i don't get it.

Baseline? No, dog, it had a CAI and a set of wires!

One of his buddies had a Z24 with an M62 blower, made 215. He didn't want to talk to me, nose in the air? Uhm, I'd bet money a stock D16 with a 50 shot could take it, so where the attitude came from I dunno.

I swear Petey is the only super duper nice Cavalier owner I've ever met. He needs to finish his car.

I dont even see how there is an arguement anymore, Nissan's top car got taken out by GM's 2nd top car. The ZR1 will lay a ---- on a GTR in every possible way, in every possible course.

Sure the Z06 won, the GTR is being choked by some tiny *** turbos. If the Vett is getting 7L of displacement, then you should atleast give the gtr some decent sized turbos.

Not only the small turbos, but the gps and ecu restrict the power and top speed if its not at a "nissan approved track" which there are none in the states. hackers and computer geeks alike are still trying to crack the new ecu to override the system.

if the vet won, the vet won, its all a matter of taste....i like the GT-R and Vette myself, but i would rather have the rarer of the two......

The ECU being locked to 111mph is supposedly a JDM-only feature.

In USA the speed is limited to 156mph and doesn't unlock in any special area.

So, yeah.
