someone told me i fucked up when i retourqued the stock headstuds back in and thats why my headgasket blew again

i was told i should go with arp headstuds.. lol

 

i did change last week head gasket, got head off and found two head bolts very weard out , cleaned a little holes when them goes and installed thema gain, torque head to 6.6kg (like 48lb-ft) one time only ,not with two steps lke ppl do lol , i used gasket kit egay ,after to all propely (i think ), did adjustment valve and now runs very nice and smooth!

tried to fit EG radiator but i need cut a little so i didnt do it yet and remove A/C

i need a garage

you blew ur hd cuz u did something wrong..

 

6.6 Kilograms = 14.55051 Pounds theres a big difference between 14.5 and 48

i did everything right lol the headgasket i changed it with was fucked up tho..

oh well.. will be changing it again with a cometic and some arp headstuds unless someone chimes in and says arp headstuds are a waste.. lol

i will also get the head resurfaced...

or just u means u torqued head bolts to 14lb-ft? i didnt read all thread really

kilogram-meter maybe? idk, just my torque wrench has in Nm and Lb-ft lol but from what i know and ive seen in honda manual, 6.6kg-m is what i said above

Nm --> lb
* Nm x 0.74 = lb ft
eg. 143nm x 0.74 = 105.80lb ft"

lbs, torque to like 75? nm would be like, 100

6.6kgf-m = 64.72389 Nm

48 lbf-ft (pound force foot) = 65.07936Nm

48lbf-ft = 6.636248 kgf-m

do ur own match ,what i said i saw honda manual and torqued what i said above.

75lbf-ft = 101.6865 Nm.
