getting timing on twin cams sucks, i used to hate it but it takes a little practice. The way i do it is get the belt roughly routed around the waterpump and tensioner, and then get it settled on the crank. Then carry tension onto the front cam, and use a (i think 12mm for b and possibly 14mm for H) wrench to move the cams. So slide the belt onto the front cam a little, and then hold tension on it while manipulating the rear cam and slide the belt onto it. It sounds confusing but after you do a few it works well. Yes there will be slack between them but the deflection shouldn't be much more than you'd find between the exhaust cam and the crank. Just try to eyeball the locating teeth on the cams and the notch on the inner timing cover.

the springs/valves are pressing on the lobes wanting it to **** to the side that ---- pisses you off, just have to take a 14mm wrench and put some pressure (not to much) on the front cam gear bolt and slide the belt on.
Having a friend's help is nice at this point. make sure you have some beers ready.

ok so someone just told me that the tooth has to be lined up with the rim of the head where the valve cover sits
i thought that didnt make sense.. because what difference would it make
but yeah.. with the crank @ tdc does the cam gears teeth have to be lined up on the thing that the valve cover sits on? the "rim" if you will.. lol

got the timing set and started the car still running on 2 outer cylinders pretty sure i just need another dizzy anyways when i rev the car i hear ---- that almost sounds like sand hitting metal and its ------- low as ---- and barely audible over the engine, most likely gonna pull the engine and sell the shell and engine and keep the tranny for my gsr
