Tranny verdict is in. I fixed it. Or should I say I used the correct center diff this time. :1
Shifts are nice and notchy, just the way I like it. I was getting alot of knock though, but I put that down to the 5 month old gas. bleah... I also finally figured out how off (advanced) my timing was compared to stock (because of the huge pull of MAF signal) and pulled about 8 degrees across the map. And added fuel. So now it still goes like squat, belches black smoke, and doesnt make nasty bb in a can noises.
But I still cant boost over 13 psi. So I have to do a pressure test soon.

Tranny works great (minus my ability to shift into 3rd at the dragstrip ) and best of all.....
Found an fixed my boost leaks! Turns out I was running with minor leaks for probably the entire time I had the twin charge setup, but they had just gotten worse near the end. They were two nitrous nozzles that had worked loose. So I pulled them out and plugged them permenently. Now its really crazy fun driving. Partial throttle brings vacumn up to 0, a TAD of throttle gives postive, a little more just bumps it up to 6 lbs, then full and OFF WE GO!!!
Damn I need a tune!!!!

Went to PRE in Gresham to dyno tune it today.
Good news... Did not blow up.
Bad news... Ate my Nth supercharger belt. I know what the problem is, but just have not gotten around to turning a new alternator 6 rib pulley, cause its a PAIN IN THE ***! But I have so much $ invested in belts, I better get my *** motivated!
But I was able to get about 8 pulls in and clean up the base map @ 19 psi (their reading, 24 psi my reading). I was running way lean down low, pig rich up top.
Final run was 306 whp/350 torque, full boost at 3700 rpm, full torque about the same, max power 5000ish..
Good news... Did not blow up.

"Could" have hit 400 whp, but the supercharger belt jumped (no surprise, long story).
But I hit 352 whp @ 5000 rpm and power was climbing! Torque was 391 @ 3600 and full @ 4000 rpm in 3rd gear. Boost was 26 psi.
And I had my first popped wastegate hose ever (forgot to zip tie it on) and hit 32 psi @ 4000 rpm and the wheels started slipping on the dyno. Torque on that run was 405 and I do not know what the power was.....
