heres my photo contribution, cameraphone ftw!
3inch open dp madness
yuriy being less useless for once
piecing together the charge piping
putting the spring in the wastegate was a team effort
nine couplers later, success
tim+grinder=ownage
sinister, doing what he does best... :P
besides the turbo owning itself it was a great night. good job guys.

so wait a minute it took quite a bit of people to help compress the wastegate spring, you may have a really high spring preassure becuase on mine, which is only 4 pounds I only needed to close it with my bare hands and tighten it up. Like you said if it built boost like that and just shot up then yeah you might want to check your spring pressure and get an online kit and go with the lowest and build up from there

Hmm, never thought of that. I could hold it down, but not long enough for my girly to line up the bolts which took a good minute. I didn't want to relax it cause the diaphram was hard as ---- to get tucked and not pinched. I guess I could put some compressed air through a regulator and gage to it pretty ------ easily here and see if it even failed, and in the process see what psi spring I have. :1 sometimes my lack of simple thought process scares me, but I am ------ tired as ----

What spring do you supposedly have?Looking good so far that is a lot of couplers but i guess it doenst really matter if there all tight with tbolts etc.You will love the Holset once you get the boost sorted out.

Fucked if I know. I bought this ---- dirt cheap used ching chong and for some reason I had something weak like 5psi stuck in my head. I just figured it'd help me learn to tune, i'd stat with low boost, and practice... then up it with a mbc or get a bigger spring. But I'll have to check tomorrow after work, I think I have a spare air reg lying around work somewhere. And I can't seem to even use coherent complete sentences at the moment
