? and what exactly are those slider thingy mabobbers for sockets? the thin rail that holds sockets?
Yep, I just dumped the sockets out and cut it down a bit, drilled some holes where they needed to be and stock a bolt through the actuator arm and the slider and hooked it up to the wastegate.

You kinda need to leave that A/C bracket because it doubles as a motor mount.

Thanks for the pic! A couple questions for you, did you make the O2 sensor whole bigger before you mounted the WG? Looks like you welded the flange directly to the manifold and just threaded the flange to be able to bolt down the wastegate?

yes I widened the hole to match the flange. The flange cam prethreaded so the bolts just went right in. I was gonna get him to step it up with a small piece of pipe because i thought the bolts were too long, but they ended up being just right. I'm sure it would have looked nicer if I didn't tell him to raise it up a little because he kinda just did it so it sat up a couple centimeters, which caused it to be a little nasty looking. The yellow stuff is where it was braised. I'm no welder, but i think its where you heat two metals up and they bond together. Its different from normal welding and apparantely a lot of people use it when welding stell onto cast like this.
