Looks improved over the last one.
Get some gas with that MIG - your welds will be so improved you'll never look back.
Draw thru on 600cfm... I can't wait!

I did a blown 22r - draw thru using a TBI from a 4.3L - worked pretty well.

Its taking you longer than ---- to get this working. If you took an hour to plan and then do some cutting/welding, you'd have something worth a damn that would get better gas milage. And if you didn't know, going WOT to 0psi and then modulating the throttle to keep it around that means it runs almost exactly like NA using the same amount of fuel as WOT when NA.

Actually, if he does that ---- with a carb it'll just run lean and come apart.

i can't do anything with the 22rte block, unless i get 3.662 pistons, to fit the 3.662 bore, since 3.622 won't quite fit into 3.662 with no problems.

A 600cfm carb?
Stock is under 200cfm.
I ran a draw through setup with an SC on a 22R.. Worked great.. It was around 250-280cfm though.

If you get that manifold and turbo to work, you can set it up with a cheap TBI style 2bbl and MS.. No igintion control.. It's cake and will run a lot better.
Hey, at least you're answering the age old question "can I turbo a carb'd 22r"....

angle shot

another angle shot

IC piping and 1g hit on hood. time for washers!!

All that's left for me to do right now, is connect the lines for oil feed, run the return into the pan that already has the fitting, plumb new gas lines, and hook up the vac/boost lines.

oh, and reconnect batt, put waterpump back on, add coolant, and, um... do an oil change

the inlets with couplers on them touch my headlights. i'll be doing too much bodywork to retain stock headlights, so im just not gonna use it.
