started a t3 flange tonight, it's basically a how-to for those who don't want to buy a flange. only uses about 2 feet of flat stock at most, and this is if you ---- up a lot. center punch the holes after you trace them. drill them out. bolt these to the flange, cut 2 more pieces to fit in between these. weld the seams, grind, weld again. cut 2 pieces to fit (the verticals) and weld, cut 2 more to fit in between these, and viola. hit this ---- up on a belt sander to get rid of any warpage.

i've also got 1/2 of my primaries cut, ill post this up tomorow. fence post top rail ftw! 1/58" pipe :8

welded them on, had to check for alternator/waterpump gooseneck clearance, it does some weird ---- to get to the bottom of the rad

didnt bother to clean any of the fluxcore splatter, didn't feel like it.

galvanized fencepost toprail ftw, welds like a charm too! just dont breathe it in O0

'top hat' thats on the carb now

turbo shot, yet to finish the drain (draining into a 1gal oil jug until i drill/tap my spare pan :1)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...a/IMG_0027.jpg
overall shot, stfu about the pvc.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...h_MVI_0024.jpg

maybe it's me, but i know my cam sucks for sound.. and its building boost (audibly) as i lightly rev it (more than the vid), im guessing ill spool well before 3000... you can hear a little bit in the end

edit yet again. updated it with a more fitting name, because everything cept the turbo came from home depot.

yeah. after i got the primaries cut off, i realized a hacksaw would be a pain in the ass, so i went to get a bandsaw blade.

turns out not one single store i went to carries metal or anything that will cut ferrous/non ferrous metals. i was pretty pissed.

10 sec mspaint of how this will be going together
