$110 and pvc just can't be beat. What I love about HMT setups - the crazy ones - is that they're always so far out of the box. Its weird ---- like this that helps me think of different solutions to common problems. :1
I do have to note that PVC's melting point is 176F...
You might actually be melting the interior, while the ambient outside it keeps it all from colapsing. A small turbo like that could reach 200F easily, hotter right off the turbo. I'd just suggest you be like a plumber, always have some spare pipe, fittings, and rubber handy! And I mean rubber couplers for the charge pipes, not condoms for ---- sex like the the HMT-hating **** in this thread do!
