Optical illusion. I am sure he is going to glob jb weld on it before he bolts it on to make sure it seals.

 

its nothing more warped than the stock manifold, the flange is cut with a saddle if you look at it from the side so when you look at it at an angle, it looks to be curved.

red oxide primer on the manifold, and the splatter is from not having access to a wire wheel at the time, and there's no real point in redoing it.

if i joined runner #2 between the first and 3/4 join, i would not be able to get a nut on the exh stud, already checked it.

 

post up a picture of the manifold laying on the flange face down on something flat, cause it looks pretty warped to me.

oh and how could you not have access to a wire wheel? you dont have a drill? you can get wire wheels for like a buck that go into any old drill chuck.
