Well I think we have an unofficial HMT meet in the works now. Midnite, Legacy & me will be in the tune mode. I'll be around in about a month. Tekno9998 (Phil) is out of Orlando and is a former gen 4 driver so he might come along for the fun.

umm...having alot of trouble with this p05 ecu. I've got it chipped but it won't get out of "limp" mode. So far its able to start the car, but won't let me rev past 3.5K rpm. I cut the jumper on J1 but it still won't act right. I believe when i first got the ecu i plugged it in and it was just a horrible idle but didn't have a CEL present. I'm tryin to find some sort of trouble shooting list i can try but for now the only thing i can do is recheck all the solder points. But if I cut J1 then none of those the soldering on the chipping parts should matter, right? I'll ask this in the engine management section

look at all the familiar faces...

It's the O2 heater wire that's probaly giving you trouble MRX... if it's not a corrupted program or faulty soldering...then that's it... There's alot of info on pgmfi about the conversion... I didn't want to mess with it so I pawned mine off in a trade...

So where did you get a stock basemap Wikked? and why haven't you shared it with me yet? lol I get no credit for any of my Maps eh? bleh...

I have a few stock engine Wideband tuned F22 maps from an anonymous source... one for 240's one for 440's and a few others... and one "autotuned" F22 240 fuel map...I only have the 240maps transferred to a P75 rom atm...going to try it on my P06 soon...

I dunno how this source would feel about me releasing them but they do look pretty good and if you guys would really like to take a peek I can ask...

As far as I know certain PT3's & a few rare PT6's are chippable and others are not... i don't think any rhyme or reason has been found on which ones are and aren't... The real problem is that there is no editor to tune them and the only ROMs out there are stock maps except for the Gude rom... but you can chip them with stock proggies and the Gude f22A1 proggy...and I have heard they run fine depending on which rom is in there...unfortunately you can't run the PT6 roms on the PT3 or vice versa for some reason...prob the different processor but that's 2nd hand info so I dunno...

You could also try a P0B or P0C non vtec accord ECU...but those proggies are hard to come by too...exceot for the stockers...

I'm actually going to try and run a stock PT2 program on PT3 ECU in the near future...

Anyways... good job and good luck with the accplises guys...don't wear out that moniker like acclude though K...

will the DSM manifold fit on a H22A motor?....maybe i can start a 92 SI prelude project.
When i moved to FL i sold my 92 SI prelude to a friend of mines, and he swapped out the H23 4 a VTEC H22. Now he wants to go turbo, he only wants to run between 5-8 psi.
