this is my brothers car, its called a Holden Monaro GTO, top of the range, it was exported as the Pontiac GTO, you will also see our VE commodore SS soon, called the Pontiac SS or something? they run like 13s stock!

5.7L Alloyec V8, 255rwkw N/A... hes twin turboing it!!!, one of these pulled over 1000rwkw+ then it threw a rod and made a messy explosion


anyway back to the turbo project, im not doing the welding, my mates dad is which means to fit it to the car everything i make changes is HARD and too time consuming

haha you yanks are funny, good thing about being in australia, we dont have as big population, meaning i live in resdential area's and all i have to do is drive 15 mins and im out in the middle of no where where you can go sideways, do burnouts and go crazy without endangering anyone else or encountering cops.. its a nice place to live :P

but yeah this entire project is home made, havnt got anything done at a shop, i even made the wastegate flange and the BOV flange outta 5mm thick mild steel plate! with a drill, a jig saw and a die grinder.. w00t im uber

 

I like FWD, it makes it a fair fight vs the V8 boys.

my mate imported that inlet manifold from the states, flipped it back to front and now comes out front like a LS1...

hehehe, its easy to make your own ---- if you put your mind, hands and welder to it

picking up a 3" exhust with a 3" highflow cat this weekend, should give me some crazy power gains (+20-25rwhp)

man FWD = teh slow, you havent got enough weight to keep the front end down so you end up loosing traction, most of the v8's are slow because they put through too much torque on take off and end up skating up the road, i drove the GTO and turned traction control off, it was like driving on ice and that was with 9" wide street tyres, with the turbo 6's you hit 2nd gear and make lotsa smoke

im having her dyno'd for a dyno day on the 17th of feb but ill go for a power run in a week

someone smuggle me some forged pistons, turbo rods and a forged crank from over there and ill pay you in sheep... (lol just joking)

 

hurry up and get a video, dont be "holden" out on us
