What about engine management? I saw the turbo, intercooler, but didn't see any fuel pump, injectors, chip/FMU...

i suppose its a good thing made me snap out of my noobyness

anyway sat down had about 6-8 beers and ripped it apart... went to start it N/A and a spark flew off one of the plugs checked the lead and it wasnt gripping properly...

im not giving up had to remove it all anyway to get the dump pipe out
which needs some ajustments, ill install it in just over a weeks time when everything just "bolts up"
till then ill be running a stocker....

im running bigger injectors, 2 bar map sensor and a custom tune (the delco ecu's are VERY tunable)
so only thing that i think could possibly be the issue are the injectors arnt big enough

but yeah definatly a spark issue as it was blowing black smoke

i can tell you now when T4's spool they sound like sex!!!!! i got it half spooled and nearly creamed my self.. sounded like that eclipse outta fast and furious 1

ok its a spark issue

im thinking either one of these things

coil packs
leads
coil pack grounds (crappy wire??)
spark plugs (maybe i broke them while trying to fit manifolds)

but i shot a 30cm spark out where the plugs are soooo im worried!
it wont start now.. any idea's??
