nah dont think so, my mate had a water injection system in his supercharged version of my engine,

it prevents detonation so you can run more spark...

pretty much you just need 1 injector a fuel pump or something for pressure to the injector then just run the injector off the injector pulse and have a water resioviour, have it on a switch as you'll use up water after a while... most people use a temp sensor

a tip with cooler piping,if you use mild steel, go buy a can of clear coat and clear coat the bare metal, this will seal it and prevent it from rusting when it gets splashed!

About your heating and melting issues

Jump on ebay and grab a welding blanket, they make em pretty small and you can place it againt your strurt tower

Now to wrap all your wiries or whatever is close

Grab some ADHESIVE thermal wrap, its like a shiny tinfoin, then a layer of thermal wrap, then some sticky adhesive
So you wrap your wires or whatever in it and the heat stays out

Can get both on ebay for $25 or less

I'd throw a 90 degree fitting on that stainless line off the turbo(no clue what it is, oil feed?)

yeah 90deg speedflow fitting is comming, yes that is the feed line, underneath is the return line

mint cheers for the welding blanket idea! yeah i was thinking adhesive wrap aswell
other than that i think shes done,

im running a 2 bar map senosr, custom binary file in the ecu for 2 bar (updated calculations because the 2 bar works things out diffrently)
570cc injectors, a 600hp fuel pump (walbro GSS341 255LPH)
would i need a rising rate fuel reg? i mean the fuel pump is a huge, im sure it could keep fuel pressure up...

next on the list is to build the RWD Turbo 700 box for 400rwkw... slap a 3" exhust on it (dump pipes already 3") high flow 3" cat, then put forged rods + pistons in it with a bottom end rebuild (fully balanced with a turbo cam) and crank it from 12psi effective to around 20psi and of course a detriot lokka

it smokes tyres like they on special and lays doubble spinners on take off on the open diff (3.08 gear ratio) expected to run a 12 second pass atm with well over 200rwkw

can you link me to the welding blankets?? i cant find any on ebay Australia but i dont mind getting one imported as its really not that expensive

i only got 1 video with ---- audio at night where u hear us laughing at the compression surge (compression surge is huge over here, in australia a large ammount of residents are ethnic, such as lebonese, they have mullets and call compression surge dosing, we have a car with a RB30DET in it and they love them) so its just funny

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2r1VpVQ5-4

im gonna do some highquallity vidz when its all up and running good with no heat issues just you wait, you'll see smoking RWD action soon enough
