Uhm, you normally never use the harnesses that come with jdm engines. You modify the stock wiring hareness to fit.
If you want to use a JDM B16a1 (OBD0) in your OBD1 93 civic, you will need to get Saturated injectors (or use your old ones) get a external map sensor. Get a OBD1 B-series Distributor, and Hydro trans, along with a OBD1 B16a ECU.

The old injectors... meaning your stock injectors you have in your car right now will go into the B16a. Dont worry they flow the same (240cc) 1g B16a injectors are hold&peak style injectors, and will not work with an OBD1 system unless you get a resistor box. Your better off just using your old ones.
As in ENGINE harness, yes use your old one to fit, most the sensors will work just fine, you will need to use the o2 sensor (4wire) from your D series engine on your b16a, and you will need a new coolant temp sensor plug, (the obd1 plug is on the t-stat housing, and the obd0 is on the back of the block, 2 pin) real easy..
