I figures out a great strengthening process tonight at work using the ROCKFORD scale at work, heat treated T2 steels with KCF coating is a N/G WE ARE BETTER OFF BUYING THE STOCK fork for $50 tops and cutting it short and welding it on the backside of the original fork, and when I mean welded it's going to be tigged and then drilled with 3 rivits in a triangle form, It didnt start to bend intil 4500 psi on the pull tester at work. You understand what I'm talking about? Going to pull the M2B4 gear caseing and remove the reverse fork and try it out after I get another stage 5 and fix the rear main leak, along with a circuitworx upgraded oil pump gear. Anythoughts or pics on how to replace the 5th gear syncro BDVTEC

The direct experience I have with H series transmissions is them shitting the bed at low-medium power levels. Add about 400 more whp and a fat ---- with a heavy foot and a serious clutch, and you've got this thread.
Good luck finding an H series transmission that will hold that power though, I'd like to see what this ---- runs on the track.

Well The original plan to put a semi fucked up gearsetin a semi fucked up tranny was ditched... I found a M2Y4 Tranny locally for 250 bux.. and I agreed to pay another 50 if it was flawless... He said it used to have a bit of a 5th gear grind. I bought it anyways.. When I pulled the axles out of the fucked up tranny, teeth from the fourth gear fell out of the axle seals... LOL... DIdnt open it up, but the fluid thyat came out of it looked like metalic silver paint.... HAHAHA.
Picked the new tranny up (after getting flaked on for a LSD trans iI found locally as well, once dude found out what my screen name was on a local "street racing" forum- ****** never answered his phone; oh woe is me people dont like me... SWEET). Anyways, pulled the fucked up tranny out of the car last night, got the new one in... and filled it with 1.2qts Royal Purple 10-30, and 1 qt Honda MTF....Started her up and the tranny shifts FLAWLESSLY!!! SO happy that I decided NOT to flog it at the races tonight other than on the freeway... Its along the lines of the M2S4 Has a longer fifth gear in it so 78MPH happens at about 4K instead of 44-4500... I like the gears. It pulls good, I think it went through 3-4-5 faster with the other trans, but this one feels SOLID, shifts great... NO GRINDS!
Called Leed, re-tune is postponed for a minute, Im thinking if its making the power it is to break all this ----, that I only want to go up a few more pounds (with 114/92 mix), and call it good. I have yet to be beat, but I think that hatch tonight will give me a good *** race at 17 PSI...
Yes Mrs Micheal.... You ARE still daddys favorite... SOme good runs tonight, and my car is FUN to drive again ( other than that the brakes are squeeling from the indicator... HAHAHA pads tomorrow!!!
LAter.

im sure driverside mount will stay the same, but wouldnt be surprized it the rear and tranny mount have to be custom. if you have mad welding skills i know somewhere to buy poly mount inserts for making custom mounts. i have plans of offering swap mounts and just better stock mounts though my shop in the near future
