HAHAHA Dad has a mint 70 stingray with a stroker motoer in it putting out about 450... Hes noi stranger to the fast car deal.... convertable 409 63 impala, HEMI roadrunner when I was a kid... 1/2 ton chevy pickup with an olds w-30 swap in it... 68 tri power BB vette, an old SANGER 19 ft flat bottom named "purple Haze" with a 8-71 huffed Big Block Chevy in it that did well over 100 mph too.... on the water... LOL just to name a few, and an avid HONDA motorcyle guy since the 70s....

Welp, actually got anice KnN Filter.... Dont hear thr whooooosh as much, but the whine is loud. When i get ahold of Dave well go tune for 25 PPSI. Im ready... Car seems to be as well. 3000 on the clock. flogged at 18 pretty regularly... Cant wait to feel another 7 PSI with more timing in it....

So...
I got a PM from Johnmicheal, and he talked me into going out to a private street race meet tonight and ran this GTO with Heads, a pretty big cam, and a 150 shot... went from a 40 roll since i cant get my tranny into second from first for ----.... LOL
1st race....
2nd gear 35-40 roll He gets me out of the hole by about two to three lengths... Im trying to feather 2nd and get it into third as fast as i can.... in third spinning horribly (feathering the ---- out of it)... I start to real him in pretty good.... I nail fourth and pull past (not walking him but pulling away enough to where it would have really pissed me off if i were him) him and then hear him miss 4th... LOL.
1 for me
2nd race
2nd gear roll, 40 again... He gets out one... I feather 2nd lightly go to stick it in thgird... miss, then miss again, get it in and im 4 lengths behind.... Feather third VERY WELL and get it to hook, slam 4th and walk away, into fifth and he hit his limiter (140 MPH) with me pulling away.

Some shitty dark video was taken, ill try to get it up (Its dark and the camera wasnt mine, but you can see me pull past him....lol
550rwhp, and pwned by the four door and Leeds street tune.... ---- with tires it would have been relly bad for him. I am inspired... to find traction. Time for tires, and a tunr for more boost..... this was at 17 PSI... It was cold tonight (Air was great, but the track slick). Im just happy I beat him, i wasnt sure about it. His car runs High 11s-low 12s....
His car hooks well, and sounds pretty ------ healthy ( although there was a healthier one there just no spray-less power than him when hes on the JUG)
Have yet to lose to something Ross hasnt performed utter ------y on....
Im content with it at this power level TOTALLY!!! Next is to issue:

TIRES - Im gonna get a set of those MnH Race,master street legals)
Race gas tune
AVCR.

+1 for the M&H's. i got the 205/60/13's which are like 23" slicks, but im sure your getting the 235/60/15's which are 26+". when i first put them on they didnt hook for ---- till 3rd. then i took it to the track and still couldnt hook until i did a big smokey burnout. make sure you light them the ---- up as soon as you install them to get them cycled. i have taken it back on the street but im willing to bet they will get traction in second gear now

Awesome kill. One of my good friends has an 05 ls2 goat (the one that Tyler AWDstylez ran). Although I just don't understand how a h/c/i ls2 with a 150 shot and some decent tire and dragbags isnt going consistant mid 10's @135mph or so. Should be a sub 650-700rwhp or so car as it sits, so i don't know what the deal is there. These guys make 500+ on a set of budget l92 6.2 heads and an average street cam like a 240/580. Big cam and some afr reads should net 700rwhp or so. What the ---- was he running for a tire? Regardless, none of the above is your problem haha. Good kill boiii.

I call bs. HC 150shot ls2 would be making around 600rwhp and 700lbs of torque. He is around 800lbs heavier than you and has taller gears. I'd say youre making around 450-500hp. Race again and get it on video.
