im having some good luck with my wastegate and d series manifold. no problems at all yet. the only concern that i had was inside the collector, all of the pipes were different lengths...therefore blocking airflow. i need to grind them down i guess. is that a "warranteed" issue, or do i just have to deal with it. its been used for about 2,000 miles

Both turbos and both wastegates (57trim) 35mm gates have been working good. I've had no issues with anything for over 3 months on my car, and 1 months on a friends.

I'm going to be testing some b-series camshafts and valvesprings next... ya, I got *****

I have been watching reports of the camshafts....now don't get me wrong, I'm very open minded toward off-brand products...yet there hasn't been a company that has successfully launched a billet steel cam yet. They are just too hard on the valvetrain.

Has anyone had any experience with the "monster" manifolds? Like these:

I'm content with mine....HOWEVER. HOTREX you did an awesome job and you were true to your word regarding shipping...yet on the two inner manifold pipes...well they aren't exactly smooth. The ID of the two inner pipes are larger than the ID of the outer pipes...so there is a kind of blockage.

I suppose I am complaining..just slightly..just let me know the appropriate tool I can use to grind them down. I tried using some grinders on my 110v dremel but they kept breaking.

I'll take some pics later for clarification but right now I'm teh wasted.

Anyway thanks Hotrex, just let me know how to grind this shiat down.
