How do we know that he sent Jeff the same parts he shippes out on eBay?
I mean, it wouldn't be too hard for him to get a couple of turbos balanced and send those to Jeff... then just claim that they are exactly the same as all the other turbos he sells.
How do we know that the stuff Jeff is testing is the same quality stuff he sells on eBay?
There really is no way to know that... until after Jeff vouches for him and he sells a few more boat loads of shitty *** turbos.
I'm still suspicious of what this guy is trying to do.

i ordered a kit it took me about 5 days to install. if you are going to buy a kit i would just save up the money and buy a greddy or turbonetics. everything on this kit is a real tight fit. so you have to customize the chargepiping and the oil drain is right near the downpipe. its worth it i guess for the money but not for the time...
