The Turbo we had first was made in CLACKMANNAN Scotland - the owner had a joint venture with Izuzu and Citroen and Lotus and had these Turbos made. Then - someone ( we think it was TURBOCALCULATOR ) sent this to CHINA.
This is where it all began, and all fell apart. Turbocalculator was selling items stating they were ours , and also selling ours saying they were others. China started drop shipping them and telling everyone they had them. People thought and still do think they are ours.

From SSauto himself, I asked him a ---- ton of questions all about the manifolds etc etc. I'll post up maybe more later when I'm done reviewing all his stuff.

And yes, we are still going to be making a B-series AC/Comp manifold for him, and 5 users from hmt will get to try them out.

Hey if you need anyone to test his products I'm allways willing, I'd honestly really like to try out one of his t3's for a week or so, maybe you can sell me one? I thought about buying it, but with such a contraversy (spelling) I'm just not really sure about spending that much on what could be a paper weight. PM me if your willing to sell one after you test it

Make me a decent AC compatible B-series manifold and I'll do a whole write up on it. I'll be unbiased and let you know how it holds up. I'm also in the market for a T3/T4OE anyways and am going to be redoing my turbo system along with a built ls/vtec

I never thought my one question would spin such controversy! Alot of info though. I tryed E-mailing him myself from the website and never got a response. I'm especially interested in a wastegate. Let me know how yours holds up.

GO ahead and get the wastgate. When you get it, take the lid off and check the spring in it and make sure the diaphragm isnt wrinkled anytwhere. if it is correct it. Is's pretty simple. When I got mine I opened it to check the spring and it had a 14.7psi spring in it instead of the 6 that I won on ebay. it took a few weeks but I got my 6 psi spring. He wouldnt email me back about it so I filed against him on paypal and he sent me the correct spring and I left him a negative feedback. The wastegate itself is a good unit. It works pretty well on my system and I have it located on my 3/4 runner.

just as an FYI, the "t3/t4" turbo's are not really t3's or t4's.

the center sections are K26/K27, the compressor wheel is a garret wheel with the back side machined flat, the turbine will is garret, and the housings are garret copies that are made to fit a K26/K27 center section.

at least that what the .50/.70 turbo is.

ive been running mine for a LONG time now and its been working perfectly.

I had ssauto chrome first style b series mani for over a year and it just cracked all the way around where the collector is. I did just buy another one (have low budget) from ebay. This style is much nicer. it is fully supported all around, and is shorter than the original model. it has reinforced welds also. This mani is actually pretty decent for the price. It wil be going on in a couple weeks.....unfortunetely for me i believe i have one of the 2 peice xs power turbos. i havnt put it on yet so im wodering if i should have it welded around for added support?
i will let know how it turns out.
