It's a linear function. HP and TQ cross at 5252 rpms, that and the Legendary Substandard American Public Education System gives you all the tools you need to deduce their relationship.

I had all the required skills in 7th grade, and haven't taken a math class in 15 years, since I was 15. What's your excuse? :P
