i'm sorry but scottsi is a nig. Dude if he had 399 are you still going to argue he doesn't have 400? 11 hp, hell you could get that with a new throttle body and a 20* night.

installed my new boost gauge. thing pulls 21 in/lb at idle 26 at decel, pulls clean and doesnt burn a drop. im throwing in a set of itr cams and cam gears, and a new intake manifold, upping the boost a few lbs and seeing is shell make 450.
jordan and i are planning another dyno session as soon as we devcon this spare ls block sitting in my garage, and throw his forged goodies in it.
should both be seeing the other side of 400 then

I've never seen a boost gauge that had in/lb graduations in vacuum.
You could have gotten 400 by upping your revlimit, you silly ******. Now you're getting all fancy-pants and claiming 450... I predict 442 whp max.
