There is no "mint" BP as it fluctuates with age and overall health as well as general wellbeing and the discrepencies between 1) the person or machine taking your BP 2) your position (standing or sitting) in relation to the cuff you're using 3) your arm position during said taking of BP with whatever method of sphygmomenometer being used 4) whether or not you have eaten beforehand 5) general condition of anxiety or lack there of during. In essense, there are plenty of variables as to the number you end up with and you shouldn't consider one or two numbers as hypotension or hypertension. The best way to get accurate results is to monitor your BP throughout the day for multiple days and go through the numbers with a cardiologist to see if you indeed have "mint" BP and normal sinus rhythm to begin with. I'm not saying that I don't believe that you have good HDL and LDL, but that merely thinking that you do is the easiest way to find out that you don't.
BTW- My "daily grind" has nothing to do with turbos or automobiles at all. I spend my days and nights working in surgery.

BP is the same as A/F ratio. You shouldn't consider 120/80 "normal" or "regular" just the same as you shouldn't consider 12.5:1 "safe", especially when running boost or taking steroids.

What? Are you serious? The only way a bearing would/could come out is if there was/is enough freeplay in the turbine/ bearing cage to allow it to do so. I'm going to err on the fact that you're BS'ing rather than believe it to be true ( I hope for your sake?). One of the only ways you'd find a free bearing is if the turbo isn't installed and most of the time when the bearing cages fail, the bearings end up in your bottom end. If this is true, this is the exact reason I said it isn't smart to buy a used BB turbo to begin with.
Typical BB setup:
Note how they're pressed in from the factory and the main reason why you have to replace the entire CHRA rather than have it rebuilt:
There is a reason Garrett sells whole CHRA's rather than rebuild kits. 1) ball bearing CHRA's don't last nearly as long as floating bearings and Garrett knows this 2) ball bearing CHRA's don't last nearly as long as floating bearings and Garrett knows this
If you're serious, you're fucked. I've seen it plenty of times as I've already said. We get kids in the shop all the time saying "what do you mean it can't be rebuilt?"

im joking
what does a new center section cost. say i sent you my turbo, how much to make it new again. ill most likely do this after the season as a preventative measure. dont want to grenade the turbo/motor

straight from garretts website. contrasting opinions
Why upgrade?
Quality - Using the same OE-based testing that is used for the world-renown Garrett GT series turbos, the new center housing upgrades for the T-series turbos are rigorously beaten and pushed to their limits to insure that they can wear the Garrett badge.
Dependability - With a true Garrett dual ball-bearing turbo, there is less need for rebuilding. Garrett dual ball-bearings use less oil and handle pressure more efficiently and effectively than journal bearings. These are the same dual ball-bearing cartridges used in nearly all Garrett Motorsports applications.
Easy Installation - All those hours you put into installing, tuning, honing and planning your turbo kit won't have to be doubled with a completely new turbo. In fact, the installation is as easy as removing your old journal or hybrid-bearing center housing and replacing it with a true Garrett dual ball bearing cartridge. Place your current compressor and turbine housings on, hook up the water line and put it back into your engine bay. You may even use your housings if you have another manufacturer's turbo!
Proven Reliability - With thousands of passes in the professional drag race books, Garrett has never had a ball bearing unit fail. One NHRA pro racer, using a competitive brand turbo, destroyed 16 turbos in one season. He has since switched to using Garrett and never has to wonder if the patented dual ball bearing cartridge is ready to run as hard as he is.
