Yeah I can relate to that, you've put a lot of work in this since going supercharger. Still I doubt it will cost you much, it's the work involced more than anything.
You shouldn't have to relocate anything. Basically you'll need one more air filter, some more piping, and a one-way valve.
a good diagram is at the very bottom of this page

Results are in
284 hp and 305 torque @ 21 psi and 291 hp and 317 torque at 22 psi.
As for the AFR range... My uppipe wideband (Bosch sensor with AEM) read ALOT different... But I didnt knock once...
I wanted 300 hp, but 9 psi wasnt worth breaking something.... Once I actually have a decent exhuast, external wastegate installed, I will be there....
But pretty damn pleased.....

Re: Yeah, its gonna fit....and make 22 plus psi
The wagon (engine wise) runs and drives great! I have some minor exhaust and suspension and brake issues to deal with, but nothing drastic.
Although I would love to have the wagon as my daily driver, the gas milage alone keeps my away from it, especially on boost. And then there is the noise issue (when I step up to the 3", it should get quieter, the existing muffler is shot shot shot).
And then there is the fact that if I step on the gas, I am immediately breaking the law!
So the next steps are...
External wastegate
3" downpipe and exhaust
water/meth injection
larger injectors OR single fifth injector

What are you using to detect knock? I hope it's a little more spohisticated than a KS.

Used to detect knock?
My ears!
They are pretty damn good!
When I get knock its instantly audible, and you can see puffs of smoke coming out of the exhuast. I get 1 crack, and I know something is not kosher.
