Yeah, the rate of blow through - in the intake and out the exhaust without lingering in the cyl to be combusted - doesn't become ideal until higher rpms. The SFWD boys seem to like it, but it really doesn't need to be like that on a 750-800 whp ride. The BRMS car had no problems making 742 whp off of revving to 8500 with their GT4094R, and the only reason I never got higher out of the car was the 11 psi wastegate spring + rule of thumb +20 psi over spring = I never got more than 32 psi out of the setup.
Jeff Evans made a comment once that the four port Humprey valves - 410-12V or V410-12V - were a sweet way to get big boost out of a small spring, so that might be the way to go IMO if you need street tire 1-2 gear traction AND some 800 whp haul *** at the track. I keep talking about it, and I have friends cars that could use it, but I keep failling to ---- around with them... I'd say take me with a grain of salt on those, but I'm fairly confident in passing it on as good tech given who i got it from.

I find only this 401/402 valve. No 410's. This what you are speaking of?

EDIT:Never mind I found the 310/410 valve. Their search engine on the left bar fails.
310/410
Direct acting, single solenoid
Two position, 2 way 3 way 4 way
Media: Air, inert gas or vacuum
Pressure range: 0-125 psig (0~8.5 bar) vacuum 0-28" Hg
Mounts in line, on mounting base, on sub-base or manifold mount
Voltages: 12VDC, 24VDC
Heres the tech pdf file you gotta copy it in your address bar to work.
