I dunno, but "16 ms" doesn't mean much. 16 ms periods, but at what duty? 16ms open (three ways to define what the 16ms measures, only one is technically correct but I doubt RC is using it) at what duty? Etc, etc.
I suppose we could call RC and ask.

Results are inconclusive at this time. Not looking too good though.
This is gonna bug the ---- out of me until I find out. Damn it.
