ok well i can get a small wire feed mig welder for about $200 dollars and then i want to learn to weld and then make my own charge pipes and manifold. but i don't know much about welders right now and i don't even know if one of theese will make a strong enough weld for a manifold or downpipe so i would apreciate some input.

if you want a good welder youre gonna have to spend at least $500, there is no point of getting anything cheep now and then you will want something better in the near future, might as well starve yourself from fast food for a few months, or give up coffee or smoking(if youre a smoker) save the money and get something good. thats what my friend did.
