how many times did you cut the orig spring? and how many times id you take the wastegate apart? sounds like YOU were the one that ripped the diaphragm. that manifold could be a reason for your weird boost too. wastegate placement is pretty poor.
The reason i took the wastegate apart and started cutting a spring is because i needed less boost, when in fact my turbo was spooling unregulated.

They do make vaccum blocks to solve this issue. lol They are kinda thou! Yea i really didnt have looks in mind while building my car, more along the lines of functionality and reliability, and the funny looks while pulling away from a new mustang or goat lol

timming is .9 deg/psi so i added +1 deg to the boost portion of the VTACK map will see how much better it feels

Here is the turbo mazda mx-6 fuel pump compared to the stock one. I turned the boost up to 20 lbs, there is some boost creep in the lower gears and i'm out of fuel. need some bigger injectors.

i could make a vid... but i have to shift around 5k so the car doesn't misfire, and that won't be too impressive

although that's when it makes fulll boost

i think you just failed

my te04h setup runs 13.2 at 106. boost before 2k.
