ya, sounds like a flow issue. I ran a t25 for a while. it pulled 12psi to redline without a prob

this could be a problem just look for black spots where exhaust is leaking if you dont feel, see, or hear it then dont worry about it.

as for a .22 gap i have found it best a .28, .22 might be a little to close. yet again im not 100% just letting you know what works best for me.

Does your dp flange looks like this:


because I have one with 3" pipe, looks very clean. for free

I had 16psi on that wastegate with GT28rs turbo, so the wastegate should work just fine.

there were black spots, it was leaking. The t-25 setup is taken out and its for sale if anyone wants it.

If the turbo makes full boost at 3500 rpm, shouldn't it work fine at redline even with the leaks?

Nop, because I had my manifold cracked, It didn't want to spool
