i like to rebuttle a message i said. im not entire sure if it's rated for 350 tq. i honestly forgot in truth.

aside that. for a deisel transmission it's honestly one of the best shifting diesel transmission out there. there are alot of people who WOT shift and wear down the syncho mesh and then it get harder to shift into first gear. because it's being abuse almsot on a daily basis. obviously it's not like an s2000 tranny or an rx7 or a mazada miata trasmission. it's not design to take high end rpm shift like those engines. yet most owner abuse their engines holding redline 6250 rpms and shifting WOT into second gear. it was orignially a desiel trans ment to hold power not for Fast high end rpm shifting. so it's not it's strong point.

Gas mileage? What's that? With my heavy foot I've been dealing with shitty gas mileage for years now lol.

i have no problem knowing i used to own a neon. just as most people are proud of the fact they own a metro and think they are ballin and sporting a crappy car.

there are lots of owner running beat up damaged honda civic who are quick and fast who don't give a rats *** if their car has dents and what not. driving my honda is mad JDM.

I'm not a big fan of wot shifting anyway. Maybe it's the fact that my syncros in my S1 are beat to ---- from the previous owner so unless I want to end up grinding gears I go soft anyway. I've heard stories from some of the Mopar camps about the tran's holding into the 700hp range with only clutch and axle issues, and engines holding well into the 500's in stock block form. The lighter chassis from earlier years has crossed my mind, but then again is the factor of finding the motor/trans package to swap over at a decent price. Chassis is a no-brainer by me, I can pick up earlier gen. neons for under $600.
