This dude Blade8r does seem to know his ---- on srt-4's. I've been doing some digging lately on srt-4's and their potential, and personally I'm seriously thinking about trying to get one. I've seen more than a few srt's making into the 400+whp lately with not alot into them in comparison to say a B-series build to handle the same power. A larger well matched turbo, larger injectors and maybe a return-line fuel setup (srt's have the returnless fuel systems), new clutch (stock clutches are supposedly hideous for slippage) and some good tuning would do quite well. And before anyone says the typical "neons are gay" just keep in mind mopar has done probably more turbo cars than anyone out there, so I'm pretty sure they know what they're doing...unfortunately years ago they were too cheap to do it right.
