Nice write up. I prefer to just leave the turbo on the car while rotaing the center section.

anyone got any tip or tricks on how to free the center section? Can't seem to knock it free, it don't even bulge

Add heat to the exhaust housing in the bolt area, dont heat the center section and then tap with a brass mallet or hammer.

i got all the bolts lose, its just that bitch bolt #1 and #2 that i need unscrew off all teh way. I have try hammering that ---- out of it to try break the center loose. when u mean add heat, torch it?

liquid wrench, and a hammer. just did mine today. pain in the *** gettin that exhaust side free. i ended up usin an air hammer.
