there was a little bit of oil in the intake from the turbo seals going out, so i don't know if maybe that caused it or not. it took 500 miles of abuse boosted, and the seals just started going out about 100 miles ago. i would assume if there was that much detonation that it wouldn't have lasted this long.
i dont think the block guard helped matters any either

the crank is questionable but the rods look good still other than a little molten metal flakes on the one rod, but that scraped right off. i still need a new block though because it actually left a pit in the cylinder wall that i highly doubt will come out by boring it another .5mm over.

The ---- up 3 and 4, and cause over heating problems. Supposedly
This is why I bought a GE one instead.
