how small? i was under the impression that this was a good size turbo for d16, i just dont think that the C/r is making enough pressure to spool it. i dont know. ive got to move and ---- and the med club dosent matter for work so im stressed out from not blazing im just going to leave it for now and get my *** organized.

 

In reality I would switch back to the stock cam you have so little compression has it is,bleeding it off more isnt helping.

 

well that is easy to do and wont cost me much. i think i might just try that and see what happens.

 

best advice so far, got the stocker back in, and installed the fuel pump. car idles so nice now, right at 1000 rpm. and im pulling 20in. plus of vacuum at idle when before it would barely get to 15.

no i just need a god damn laptop to tune with and im good to go.

 

Really, could you explain a little more please that is interesting, how does the 272 delta grind "bleed" off compression?

 

at lower rpms, theres more overlap than there was stock. The overlap "bleeds" off unburnt air and fuel that could have been compressed to make more power.

 

not to get off topic but which cam would be better for boosted D; 230/233, 0.385/0.413 or 238/230, 0.431/0.465 ?

my camera died but another runner is fully split and there are 2 more cracks. guess this explains the dead spot in boost.

i think the ---- was just tiged together with no filler rod. so im going to go over everything tomorrow and beef the ---- outta this manifold.
