Damn that block looks good. What it the piston to wall clearance? In the pic it looks big.

0.0035 or so, my guy wrote it all down hes real into it. He does all nitrous motors and ----. My wall clearance and ring gap are all set for 30 - 35 psi of boost and 200 - 250 of nitrous.

Oh ok it might be just the way the pic looks. BTW do you have a link to the soda blasting you had done before?

Yeah it also is deceiving because the motor is on end, so the rods are leaning/sliding down.

I did some soda blasting on the head. Are you looking for post-blasted head pics?

I was looking for a writeup so I can do the same with my head.

Ah theres not much to write up really. I take the head and remove the lifters and cams and cam trays and basically any oil/coolant plugs. And soda blast it wet. The actual soda blaster (wet) cabinet is pretty expensive... $10,000 or more. I just have access to one.

Not exactly. It operates using compressed air and water. Its a wet blasting system. You can't just stick soda in a sand blaster its way different.
