Bingo, thanks alot!!

My other problem is it kept flashing a code 14, wich is that iacv or w/e, I swapped the iacv with the one off my b7 and it still flashed the code, turns out I had the plugs switched around between the iacv and the tw sensor, now it purrs like a kitten and pulls alright, I only have 25 miles on it now, i'll finish the turbo setup within the next few weeks, prolly put 500-1000 miles on it first.

lol, yeah its still faster than my stock b7 and doesnt seem real far off from when the b7 was boosted I had the block decked and the head shaved so that should have brought my compression up a little bit.

Yeah, so with less than 200 miles on it today my build may have already met its demise. I was making a pull, had the rev's right around 6500 and felt a "pop" followed by the oil light, I immediately shut it off and pulled over, cheked over everything real good and couldnt find anything wrong, everything was intact, I just changed the oil yesterday and made sure there wasnt a drip, drop, or run under the hood. I noticed a coupple drips coming from the under the timing belt, i'm like wtf? oil pump take a ----? I tried to start it up, and it fired, ran like hell and had NO power, so I shut it right back off and pushed it to a friends house that was nearby luckily. Pulled the valvecover and timing belt cover to find this.....

towed it back to my house and found this

where the bolt had melted into the cover

this is where it out of, I dont know what happened, I must have left it loose, I am just hoping I can replace the belt and it will be fne.

A piece of the belt f-ed up the seal and that is what was leaking

The cam gear was about a quarter turn behind and the motor did still run, but barely. I wonder what the valve clearance is between the valves and vitara's? Hopefully its not as bad as it could be and will not throw me off track too far for the mean *** turbo setup.

My timing belt came off one day after I forgot to torque the crank pulley. :1 I put it back together and it was good to go.
