You have to be within like a certain percentage or something between each cylinder but 140 compared to 148 is fine. Glad to hear its okay, good luck with the rest.

Alright I finished the turbo setup, currently only running about 10 lbs until I get some bigger injectors, fuel pump, and map sensor. The install went slow but well, I put about 1,500 miles on the motor before boosting. Still cant get the ostrich to work, I went through the moates website thingy, even changed it to com3 still I get a cel with the ostrich, its fine if I burn an identical map on a chip so thats what i've been doing.
oil return bung, I welded in a steel fitting then threaded in the nipple.

used a scrap lawnmower blade to make some brackets for my intercooler

Intercooler fitting up

"Whittey style 90 for my downpipe, welded small strips so I didnt warp it to bad.

finished welding

finished downpipe

How does this oil drain look? it seems to work ok

crappy pic, but I drilled a hole in the set screw then tapped/threaded it into the fitting for an oil restricor, works great!

fabbed up this dumptupe from a SS 90 bend its atmospheric and sounds pretty badass when it opens up

this bov is pretty quiet, the adjustment spring doesnt seem to make much of a difference

Another shot of the setup, I put some reflective aluminum tape on the hood because it was getting REALLY hot, a little tape and its much cooler.

it pulls REAL strong, the .70/.63, To4E t3/t4 spools around 4,500 and it snaps to 10 psi pretty quick and holy ***** does it blow that teo4h out of the water! spinning tires in 2nd at 10 psi. I'll try and get some vids up but I dont know how to edit them so it might be a few days. Its all tuned on cromepro by me, like i said i'm having some problems with the ostrich, i'm using version 1.45 I've tried everything but using a different version.

good job man, thats a clean setup!!
what problems are you having with the ostrich? i saw you said something about getting a cel, did you disable the checksum routine?

yeah checksum is disabled, The SAME EXACT bin file runs the car perfect with no CEL when I burn it onto a chip and stick it in the socket. In crome I go through the settings and connect and it tells me "successfully connected to ecu" and the map verifies good but when I turn the ignition I just get a solid CEL, wtf?
thats a clean *** build! what did u ever find out about posting, filling, blockguard etc?? im curious as well and didnt read every post
good luck with the ostrich

good luck with the ostrich
