hmmm... must be a new service that Delta provides. The last time i called them they didn't offer vtec regrinds. 160 does seem a little steep for a regrind, considering a comp/zex cam can be found for just a little more money.

anyway, looks good so far.

Yeah I guess it is new they didnt have the tooling until just recently

Today I got my cam in the mail, and the motor finished, the b7 came out and the z6 is ready to drop in, I used the fuel rail off my b7 and prolly going to use that map sensor too. Lots of little stupid ---- taking up lots of time, its 4:00 am and i'm going to pass out and finish it tomorrow.

I rode in a coupe with this same turbo only with a stock d15b, it was making 10 lbs by 4k, I think I should be alright.

Manifold, I got off ebay, the seller got booted a coupple days after I bought it and the welds/workmanship is pretty shitty, I took it to a welding instructor that used to make ss manifolds for mercury marine and he almolst cried looking at it lol. pistont I also got on ebay, they were $155 and included rings, clips, wrist pins and rod bearings.

So its all in but I cant get spark or fuel, there is fuel at the rail but the injectors are not firing, when the p28 is plugged in, and I turn the ignition on the CEL flickers, when I plug in my P06 it doesnt flicker but still no spark or fuel. I did not wire up v-tec yet could that be the problem? Also I'm using the stock plug for the MAP (firewall mounted), should I use the plug from the z6 wiring harness? any help would be appreciated thanks,

check your ecu ground on the thermostat housing. i had that same problem once.

i am assuming that the coupe you rode in was making 10psi in 1st gear. hopefully it was cause i am using a big turbo(.60/.63) to have low boost in 1st gear for a sort of traction control and then hopefully it will boost like crazy after that for insane power
