Thanks man. I think that's the first pic I've seen of the modifications needed to the dsm manifold. I'll make sure to direct people to this thread.

How's the chippping goin? any luck?

mine looks like that also, but i had mine cleaned up and painted with 1500 degree silver paint to look presentable and not that rusty iron brown color...

all i did was go get a spare gasket for my header, and layed it ontop of the manifold and drilled the holes, well actually "widened" a few of the holes...if you look closely at the last pic the old pic, you can see the gasket laying ontop of the manifold still

ill take new pics once i get all the parts..im not using the 90 degree elbow for the bov anymore, i should sell that

heres an older pic

as you can see the manifold before, the o2 housing is missing in that picture also...

my btm should be here this week, gotta order the oil lines from stealthmode soon, then get my trans cooler & ngk bkr7e's then it can go in for install

i should do something with my manifold too...although the rusty cast iron look will fit right in with my engine :P

If I had show cars like you two guys, I would sandblast the manifolds and go get them ceramic coated. I've often wondered where to go for that.. maybe the pottery class at the local JC can fire the piece for me? Maybe they will coat it for free as a project? Something I need to look into.

Now I know I should look this up and all, but what is the p06 ecu? Did it come off of 90-93 accord 5 speeds?

Nice pics Adam.

cb7 owners having a turbo discussion without me!?!?!?!? I feel so used lol. Anyways i just picked up my p06 yesterday after i got a bad p74 off ebay...i'll go chip it now. Hope to have everything on by this weekend or next since i have ABSOLUTELY every single piece to the puzzle now. And i've spent about $3300 but that includes the laptop and various other things that i don't think should be added in

gonna be running ecucontrol on the laptop but more importantly the laptop is for "on the fly" tuning. I'm taking it to the dyno with me to experiment with basemaps. I have 3 basemaps lined up already but only get 3 pulls on the dyno so i'm gonna do 2 pulls and see which one is working best with the a/f ratio then burn a chip at the dyno and run that one as the last dyno pull. I'd rather not list absolutely everything but here's some:
turbonetics t3/t04e stage 3 ceramic BB 50trim .63 a/r
FMIC
2.5" dp to 3" exhaust
tial WG and BOV
uberdata'd p06
ecucontrol
aem fpr
walbro fp
dsm 450cc
cam gear

update...the ------ p0s...excuse me p06 i just bought was said to never be opened but i open it and see a horrible burn mark on one of the transistors so i'll get another tomorrow, no chipping tonight . This is getting annoying!

that sucks midnite. my JDM p06 looks like its in tip top shape. i got everything in but no chip burner yet

Quandie - to answer your question. the p06 came from the 92-95 civic. The accord/prelude ECUs are still a big mystery so as of now no one has been able to chip one
