my d16 was a peg leg but damn sure didnt act like it lol. its not that bad unless ur making alot of power and oout of that year prelude i doubt you are but hell i could be wrong. my opion is its not worth the money.

 

My stock 120hp engine from an '88 Accord will spin the inside tire in second gear.

Your Civic is just slow and torqueless :1, I didn't have that problem with my old STD Civic. But that's because it was making 50 less horsepower, with longer gears.
