im getting fuel. my first plugs were soaked. i think i flooded the cylinders and fouled the plugs. so i am going to get new plugs and set to tdc and try again.

 

Leave the plugs out for a while too to let the gas evaporate, and turn the engine over by hand or cut the fuel and try to start it to push some of the gas out of the engine. Then charge your battery-- I fixed my problem without knowing it because after it sitting for days with me trying to start it, the battery had run down on top of it. What are you using for fuel management? Because if its not right you could be flooding your engine anyway.
