Some of my progress....
Well it's comming slow but it is starting to take shape. I haven't had a whole lot of time to work on it, but anyways enought talk and on to the pics 
Heres a couple pics of the adapter plate on the turbo, the hole looks off center in the pic but it is literally perfect. I don't know how I got it this close
Heres a few pics of the downpipe, as you can see the hole for the internal wastegate has nothing on it yet. Since the area where the flapper sits is so fucked I decided to go with an external wastegate. It isn't here yet so the hole isn't covered yet... It should be here sometime next week
Here is what I found behind the stereo, WTF
Here is a shot of the gauge setup, they aren't hooked up yet, I just wanted to get everything made up and in place, the s-afc will be going under the gauges. Both white panels will be painted the infamous flat black
And finally here is a pic of the turbo mounted to the manifold, mounted to the engine and the downpipe in place.
Well thats all for now, I'll have some more pics up once the wastegate gets here and I get some more wire for the mig :P

It's a 14B talon turbo, I am pretty sure it is toast but if I can get a few rips at the track I'll be happy.
I'm using the S-AFC because it is good for tuning on the go, etc... Plus I want to learn one thing at a time, once I feel confortable with boosting, then maybe I'll try my hand at turboedit or uberdata, etc.. I dont' know, electrical ---- just isn't my area, I hate touching that ---- to tell you the truth, it looses me sooooo fast :P Eventually though...
As far as finish date goes it all depends on a few different thing, like how busy I am with work, how many times I have to go back to the parts store which is 80kms away because I forgot ---- :P and when my wastegate comes in. I imagine when it gets here all hell will break loose
