Vtec did engage but i guess it didn't push enough oil, because it seemed like the car barely got a kick, like it was just sound. Well anyway thanks for all the advice guys. And that is exactly what i thought, i said if he is running OBDO with a 93 ls ecu, isn't the 93's ecu OBD1. Thanks for everything, I decided not to pick it up. I was really looking for a 92-95 hatchback anyway, still looking actually. Thanks for all the help.
